Salomon Nazar is based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and provides governmental relations and public affairs services for GTH’s clients in Honduras. Since joining GTH, Salomon has focused on public policy development with various Honduran government institutions.
Before joining GTH-GA, Salomon served as the Public Information Officer for the Honduran Health Ministry in its Transparency Department, where he worked closely with multiple NGOs and Civil Society Organizations in the implementation of different programs to improve the overall performance of the Ministry.
Salomon has also worked for international organizations like the World Anti-Doping Agency’s (WADA) Regional Anti-Doping Organization for Central America as a Results Management Specialist. His work included designing and drafting sports legislation for the Central American region.
Within the private sector, he worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Legal and Corporate Affairs Counsel for its Honduras Business Unit, where he was responsible for overseeing nationwide labor and civil lawsuits, contract drafting, supplier negotiations, import of production materials and controlled substances, and stakeholder management.
Salomon is a Honduras attorney and a graduate of the Catholic University of Honduras with a bachelor’s degree in Law. He also holds a master’s degree in Business Law from the Central American Technological University of Honduras and an MBA from the National Taiwan Normal University. He is a Spanish native speaker, fluent in English, and has a working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese.
