Patricia Lee

Panama Country Manager

Patricia Lee is based in Panama City, Panama and provides governmental relations and public affairs services for GTH’s clients in Panama. Since joining GTH, Patricia has focused on public policy development with various Panamanian government institutions.

Prior to joining GTH-GA, Patricia served as the Director of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Public Security in Panama. At the Ministry, she worked on international and regional security matters, ranging from managing bilateral and multilateral security relations, negotiating cooperation agreements, and overseeing interagency projects such as the Facial Recognition and Fingerprint Database Projects at Tocumen International Airport. In addition, she was also responsible for managing the Ministry’s relationship with the U.S. Embassy in Panama.

Within the private sector, she worked at the Maersk Line Shipping Company within its Latin America Division as a Senior Cost Control Analyst. At Maersk, she was responsible for coordinating cost assessments related to regional operations for River Plate, Middle America, and West Coast South America Clusters.

Patricia is a Panamanian attorney and a graduate of the University of Panama with a bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science. She also holds a certificate in Mediation, Negotiation, and Conflict Management from the Latin University of Panama. She is Spanish native, is fluent in English and has a good understanding of French.
